Organic Bai Hao Oolong
This style of oolong originated in Taiwan but is now also being made in Fujian Province on China’s southeast coast. This is where we source ours from. Large leaves with many white buds that are heavily oxidized, the resulting liquor is complex and fruity. Roasted nuts, stone fruit and notes of honey, this is a wonderful early afternoon tea.

- Water: 12 oz, less than 185ºF / 85ºC
- Timer: 2 minutes
- Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat & light sources.
- Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
