An organic Pai Mu Tan China tea is scented with natural raspberry extract and the flavor of bubbly champagne. The combination with the slight nuttiness of the Pai Mu Tan renders a most delicious cup of tea hot or iced.

Teaspoon: 3 slightly heaping
Device: French press, brewt, mesh basket, cup infuser
Water: 12 oz, less then 176ºF / 80.0º c
Timer: 2 minutes
