When Chai powders disappeared in the early 2000’s and concentrates become the defacto way to create great chai lattes in a flash, chai lovers breathed a collective sigh of relief.
Now the tides have shifted back again with a new generation of exquisite all natural micro-ground powders. This time around, the chai powders are real – no stabilizers, no artificial stuff and no water and sugar. Tipus micro-ground chai is being hand made by the Patel family in northern Montana. The basis is a recipe that goes back 4 generations to the homeland in India.
Ingredients: organic black Assam tea, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and a few other spices.
