• Water: 12 oz, less than 185ºF / 85ºC
• Timer: 2 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.

Loving this Oolong! It is a nice afternoon tea or good for late morning driving if the Canadian Breakfast was really early. Mild yet has a good kick. I steep this a little longer than darker oolongs (2.5mins compared to 2) for a fuller flavor. Gets my head back in work mode!

I’m not the biggest fan of greener oolongs, but I found this one quite enjoyable. Mild, nutty, and warm flavor with hints of grass and gardenia flowers. The aroma lingers in the mouth long after drinking.
