We should tell you though, every scoop from the bag is different from the last, so the flavors change slightly — it keeps your palate salivating and guessing. Truly delightful over ice!

Steeping Essentials

• Teaspoon: 3 slightly heaping
• Water: 12 oz, less than 203ºF / 95ºC
• Timer: 5-7 minutes</li>
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
