Smooth and malty Assam and Kenyan teas mesh well with a creamy vanilla flavour profile. This tea is smooth, silky and great with a splash of milk. A really good mid-afternoon cuppa.

• Water: 12 oz, less than 195ºF / 90º C
• Timer: 3-4 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.

Best earl grey ever, no contest. Discovered this tea at OEB Restaurants and had to buy it for home. Got my staff at work to try it, now we’re buying it in bags for everyone. Heck, when I go on work trips, I bring it with me. It ousted morning coffee. Be warned, this tea is that good.
