Master Tea maker Liao Wen Xiao has been making Long Jing since she graduated from the Hangzhou agricultural school 38 years ago. The leaves were picked at the Qingshanhu Tea Garden of Linan, located on the outskirts of China's ancient capital, Hangzhou. The factory is called the Linan Dynang Tea factory and it is a certified organic processing facility. For green tea lovers and especially those who know a great Dragonwell, this first flush is delicate and fruity, yet encompasses all the subtle nuances that make Long Jing one of the most sought-after green teas. • Water: 12 oz, less than 180ºF / 82ºC
• Timer: 3 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening

I am having an interesting experience with this one. Mind you, I am not a tea buff and have much less refined desires for my teas. So the taste to me is very light, I like more westernized, typical green tea flavour in my mouth, but is it ever strong!!! Two cups of this brew energize me like nothing else I’ve tried. The quality of the tea is impeccable, I am giving it 4 stars based on my personal taste preferences.
