Phoenix Dan Cong

An absolutely unique tea drinking experience. One would think these perfectly twisted semi-fermented leaves were scented with something, perhaps a basket of peaches and apricots. They are gathered from tea bushes ranging between 100-400 years old on Phoenix Mountain in China. This tea yields so many flavor notes it is hard to list in one sentence, but the above 2 fruits are clearly evident though. It's hard to believe after tasting it, that nothing other than rolling by the crafty hands of skilled tea makers, can produce such a distinct and wonderful Oolong. An all-time Denman Tea fav.
