Steeping Essentials
• Teaspoon: 2 level
• Water: 12 oz, less than 195ºF / 90ºC
• Timer: 5-10 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
I am strictly a plain Black tea drinker, however, at a craft fair in the westshore I bought a packet of this tea and fell in love with it. I am a big hazelnut fan, it is so comforting on a cold day.
