A somewhat undervalued tea from China's Fujian Province, which is known locally as Big Red Robe tea. These large, semi-oxidized leaves have a nutty, medium thick mouth feel. The addition of the plum provides a warm, mellow and soothing tea. Caffeine content is quite low as far as teas go.

• Water: 12 oz, less than 185ºF / 85ºC
• Timer: 2 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
