For over 20 years, we’ve been devoted to the art of loose-leaf tea — so we didn’t rush into tea sachets. When a truly responsible option became available, we knew it was finally time. Our tea sachets are made from a petroleum-free, plant-based PLA derived from corn, are fully compostable, and contain no plastics. The pyramid design allows the leaves room to properly infuse, delivering the depth and flavour our teas are known for.

Responding to our customers’ love of both quality and convenience, we offer a select range of our handcrafted blends in eco-friendly sachets — making it easy to enjoy Denman Island Tea anywhere.

Tea Sachet Sizes – What’s the Difference?

Large Format Tea Sachets
This is our original and standard sachet format. Developed for cafés and restaurants, these sachets are designed to properly infuse a full teapot or a large 16 oz mug. They contain more leaf, allow for full expansion, and deliver the richness, balance, and complexity our teas are known for.

Looking for a smaller cup or individually wrapped option?
We also offer 10 blends in the small format tea sachets (8–12 oz cup) and small format individually overwrapped sachets by special order. These are ideal for single-cup brewing, hospitality, or in-room service.

Important to note:
These formats are not interchangeable. Large format sachets are designed for teapots or larger mugs, while small format sachets are crafted specifically for an 8–12 oz cup. Selecting the appropriate size ensures the tea performs as intended.
