Organic Japan Maccha Kakitsubata, a unique and exclusive “Tea Masters Blend” of 3 cultivars - Okumidori, Tsuyuhikari and Asanoka, a product of our meticulous sourcing.  The fields are in Isagawa and Miyazaki around Haruno Village in Shizuoka. Grown at 400 meters above sea level, the whole valley where this maccha comes from is Organic.  It’s roasted to a level 6, a process that enhances its unique flavour and aroma.

Steeping Essentials

• Teaspoon: .5 level 2 oz hot water (<180°F)° Whisk Maccha until smooth Top up with 8 oz steamed milk
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
