This organic First Flush Darjeeling comes from the historic Samabeong Tea Estate, perched high in the eastern Himalayas near the Indo-Nepal border. Known for its cool climate and high elevation, Samabeong produces some of Darjeeling’s most expressive spring teas.

Harvested in early spring, this FTGFOP1 showcases the hallmark character of a true first flush: bright, lively, and aromatic. The dry leaf is finely twisted with silvery tips, and the liquor brews a pale gold with a delicate, luminous clarity.

The cup opens with fresh floral notes—think white blossom and wild spring flowers—followed by green almond, citrus zest, and young grass. There is a gentle briskness, balanced by a soft sweetness and a clean, refreshing finish.
