We ship throughout Canada and to select international destinations.

Orders are processed and packed Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays, and these days are not included in our processing times.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During sales, holidays and other peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery services

 

Free Shipping Within Canada

Canadian retail orders qualify for free shipping when the product subtotal is $100 or more before tax and after all discounts have been applied, including promotional and loyalty discounts.

For orders receiving free shipping, Denman Tea will select the most efficient carrier and shipping service.

International Orders

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local delivery services. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the carrier.
