German Cut Leaf Peppermint exudes a clean fresh mint fragrance, with nothing "muddy" clouding the bright cup. The oil content in these leaves is as strong as one needs to clear the foggiest of heads and soothe the raspiest of throats. In season, this is the best tasting peppermint we have ever sipped. Out of season, it is only as good as the best available — shame. Trust us, it's pretty cut and dried once you taste it, so do try some when you get the chance.

Nuances: Zesty, refreshing, classic peppermint profile with an extremely clean finish

Steeping Essentials

• Teaspoon: 2 level
• Water: 12 oz, less than 195ºF / 90ºC
• Timer: 5-10 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
