Steeping Essentials

• Teaspoon: 2 level
• Water: 12 oz, less than 195ºF / 90ºC
• Timer: 3-4 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening

Genuinely a stunning tea. It’s difficult to properly convey how great this blend really is without coming off sounding hyperbolic, but it must be tasted – and smelled – to be believed. The bergamot and lavender blend flawlessly with the black tea base, and with each other, creating a rapturous symphony of aroma and flavour that may forever alter your perception of just how great an Earl Grey can be. I could continue rhapsodizing about this tea until I run out of characters, but the proof is in the tea. If you are even a casual fan of Earl Grey, you owe it to yourself to try this!
