Our organic Velvet Beet Latte is derived from drying and grinding sweet organic beets into a super fine powder. We've added ginger to warm the belly and a few masala spices to round it out. This crimson sensation is the perfect caffeine-free latte.

Steeping Essentials

• Pour 3 oz hot water into 12-14 oz mug
• Add 1 slightly heaping tsp of velvet beet powder into mug
• Stir until dissolved, set aside
• Add 8 oz cold milk/soy into steam pitcher, heat to 180F
• Pour steamed milk back into mug with latte mix
• Sweeten to taste
• Sit, sip and savor
