Organic China Mao Jian is one of the China ten famous teas, a renowned specialty of Henan An earthier Sencha than our superior grade, but less expensive and not as delicate. The citrus extracts and tropical notes make this a very refreshing afternoon tea break. The green tea base is grown on mainland China under Japanese supervision using organic practices. This is the same exceptional garden that produces the Chun Mee that we stock here.

Steeping Essentials

• 1 Tea Sachet
• Water: 12 oz, less than 176ºF / 80ºC
• Timer: 2 minutes
• Storage: Sealed light proof jar/tin in a cool cupboard. Keep away from heat and light sources.
• Best Before: 6-9 months depending on storage. Optimum freshness in the first 6 months after opening
