A beautifully aromatic and lighter expression of Phoenix Dan Cong, Da Wu Ye is distinguished by its greener leaf and wonderfully fresh, lively character.

The long, twisted leaves produce an exceptionally fragrant cup with a pronounced floral character, delicate stone-fruit notes and a fresh, lingering sweetness. Compared with more traditionally oxidized Phoenix Dan Cong, this tea is lighter and brighter, allowing its floral aromatics and greener character to take centre stage.

Complex yet remarkably refreshing, Da Wu Ye is an excellent choice for those who enjoy highly aromatic Oolongs with less of the deeper roasted character typically associated with Phoenix Mountain teas. Multiple infusions reveal new layers of aroma and flavour with each steeping.
